PropertyLord AI collects the minimum information needed to run the site, improve the product, and contact people who explicitly join the waitlist or request launch updates.

What we collect

We may collect your email address, the page or feature that led to your signup, authentication details needed to sign you in, saved report content you choose to store, and basic product-usage events such as page views, CTA clicks, and waitlist submissions.

How we use it

We use this information to send launch or product updates you asked for, understand which parts of the product are useful, and prioritise product improvements.

Payments and accounts

Account authentication and saved-product state are handled through Supabase. Payment processing and subscription billing are handled through Stripe. Operational email notifications may be sent through Resend. We only use the data needed to run these flows and support the product experience you have chosen to use.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. If you want your waitlist or contact data removed, email the address published on the live site and we will delete it from our active records.
